yesterday went last min shopping with oink oink for his training trip.. and we went to eat teppanyaki at tampines mall... so crowded... G2000 having sales... 30% for shirts and selected shirts only $29...

after that we went to match batman's the dark knight with my mum... the joker's

(heath ledger) performance is so impressive... so far better than wayne bruce (christian bale)...it is such a pity that batman is his last movie since he has passed away quite some time.. so far this is one of the best superhero movie this year... much better than hancock and spiderman.. dun understand why this movie rating still lose to Hellboy in usa...

then early this morning sent oink oink to airport.. he has overslept.. nearly missed his flight... everytime like that.. last time we go genting also... lucky his mum came in and wake him up....

and i went home alone.. so boring...

dad is back from dubai and went for dinner at sea paradise again... luv the creamy butter crabs... oink oink also came along.. first time meeting my dad.. we ordered many dishes this time... but waiting time is long..... went there at 630pm and reach home at 930pm... spent almost 3 hrs there for dining..

each of us having a 3 head abalone...(so enjoying)

1.5 kg big sized creamy butter crab...

fried baby squids

drunken prawns (sis and dad still prefer the drunken prawns at international seafood restaurant)

fried cereal tou fu (i still prefer the hidden treasure toufu)

today is such a shitty day for me... early in the morning.. having stomaches ... it only happened when i was in the train to work... terrible pain... it should happen at home... so at least i shouldn't come to work today... must be the miso soup or the mochi ice cream last night that caused it... so shitty today with one of my funds.... managed to run my valuation at 6.30pm.. past my official work time..... hate it.... we went to watch red cliff last night after dinner.. it is an impressive battle movie... can't wait for part 2 even though the movie tempo is abit slow... wondering did cao cao really start this battle coz of a woman... but oink oink remembered that cao cao really got like a lady call xiao qiao and zhou yu has another wife call da qiao but didn't appear in this movie... zhu ge liang war tactic is really good in land... can't wait to see zhou yu water tactic.....

so long never update my blog... so busy with work...

yesterday night we went to soup restaurant for our dinner as we still got the $30 voucher to redeem... in the end we still have to pay around $40 for our dinner... their prices have hitched up a few bucks for every dish... we also went to watch Hancock at downtown east... saw eng heng also... he has become cathay theatre manager in downtown east... think he can watch every new movie on list..too bad we are too full.. cos he offer snack and drinks for us... not sure he can offer us free movie anot.. haha

also went to wah lok cantonese restaurant this morning for dim sum......

Went to downtown east again... seem like we are going there more often than tampines mall... still the same... so crowded.... wanted to eat mr chicken rice there but sold before 8.30m... even earlier than their last order 9pm.. why? the reason is that the chef of chatterbox mandarin hotel had left and set up his own chicken rice restaurant... it is so much cheaper eating in his restaurant than chatterbox... so we went to a noodle hut opposite the chicken rice shop:

this noodle hut is special as the noodles are made of mushroom, pumpkin, sesame and spinach. texture is very soft... healthy noodle.....

aloe vera drinks...

not many choices left... only chicken feets with mushroom noodle, laksa mee, korean zha jiang mee and cold noodle left...

i ordered chicken feets with mushroom noodle..

we ordered carrot and spinach fried dumplings....

oink oink ordered laksa.. the noodle seem like pumpkin noodle....

Total damage: $15 for 2 bowls noodle, dumplings and drinks...

Had dinner few days back at downtown east.... a korean restaurant... downtown east is so pack.. every cafe and restaurants are so crowded... this time we went to try the korean BBQ and steamboat.. it is similar like Seoul garden.. but i feel is a high class Seoul garden.. ala carte type...

we ordered a basic set meal consist of vegetables and meat...

side dish: premium salmon slices for either steamboat or bbq but i ate it raw.... korean appetizer: cooked spinach...

korean appetizer: kim chi...

red plum juice $10 for 1 jug.... i drank 4 glasses and oink oink drank 1.... can see that i eat and drink more than him... that's why he is always so slim and i am so bloated... lol

something sakae sushi order method... can order through screen...

our set meal consider some yong tau foo stuff for steamboat , chicken and beef for BBQ.... i luv the soup... herbal chicken soup...

finally i have some time to blog... i think clara's skill is very good... i am so smitten by her cupcakes, candies and donuts... every shop i go, the sales ladies are more interested in my nails than serving me as a customer..... i should ask clara for referral fee... have given many people her contact numbers... but every appointment sure have to wait for her... why why why.... her business is good....i think she is barely around 23 yrs old and own such a cosy shop.. should have taken pics of her shop....
